You can do some powerful things with it, especially with the large library of plugins. The coummunity is very helpful and the forums are a great resource. The title might have been more appropriately "Web Graphics Designers" though, as there really doesn't seem to be anything related to coding of any sort :) I definitely found a few things on here I had no idea existed, and that still look worthwhile, which is rare for me to find on most of these lists. My only qualm with some of them is that they are not licensed for commercial use, making them useless to a professional web designer, only to someone doing it in their spare time for personal projects.
